At Dreamy Case, each product is uniquely crafted upon order to ensure the highest quality and personal touch. As a result, we cannot support returns or exchanges if the wrong size, color, or a change of mind occurs.

**Exceptions for Damaged Products or Manufacturing Errors:**

If you receive a damaged product or there is a manufacturing error, we offer a free reprint or a refund. To qualify, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your product. Reach out to our team through the “Contact us” form, we may ask you to include a clear photo showing the issue.

**Important Notes:**

- Refunds will be credited to your Dreamy Case account balance. You can withdraw this amount to your original payment method. If your billing currency is not USD, the refund will be directly returned to the original payment source.

- If multiple products with the same design are affected, provide a photo or video showing all affected items in one frame for confirmation.

**Non-Refundable Situations:**

- We do not offer reprints or refunds for incorrect size or color orders.

- For unsuccessful deliveries, you can opt for a reprint at a partial refund.

- For direct-to-garment (DTG) products, a print placement tolerance of 0.5" is allowed, and minor variations are not considered defects.
